Elizabeth is the Director of GOAL Professional Services Ltd., Lead Professional Trainer and Coach. She possesses more than a decade of experiences ranging from professional services sector, professional bodies and higher education sector. In her various corporate roles, she has been serving as a senior marketing and business development professional with strong expertise in event management, marketing communications, product launch, key account management, and business development in cross-cultural settings. 

 

As a professional trainer, her core expertise ranges from team building and leadership, resilience training and corporate coaching. She is a Certified Everything DiSC® Trainer on behaviourial assessment in workplace, certified trainer on “8-skill Coaching Program” and ‘Power Presenter’. 

 

As a career and life coach, Elizabeth is passionate in meeting corporate executives and clients in investigating their career passion and life orientation, and to offer coaching services on sales and marketing with the objectives to empower her clients to increase their work performance and leadership potential. 

 

Apart from her professional life, she serves as mentors for the business students of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a high school, and to deliver mock-interview sessions and resume checking on a voluntary basis in her community work.
